all you need is a simple wall plug adapter, nothing more
your laptop adapter is auto-sensing and fit for global usage
checkout for self > your adapter should be marked 100 to 240 volts ac, 50 / 60 hz
part should be something like these below,
best get them in amman airport, or city computer or electric outlets., and should not cost you more than $2 to $5

If your laptop adapter is dual voltage (120-230VAC), you should not have any problems with it.
Amman, Jordan electricity is running 230V at 50Hz.
