		<description>Very probably now in his late 70s or if he was a WW2 vet he&#039;ll be in his 80s - so there&#039;s every possibility of him still being alive.

Problem is that a name like Gough seems quite common and there were lots of them in the RAF particularly in WW2 but not all officers.</description>
