does the u.s embassy in amman have any clubs?

im here in amman,,jordan and i was wondering if they had any sport clubs or something, like swimming, basketball, ect.

I doubted. I was there two years ago and you can only get near it for documentation or consular needs. Try the Dana Plaza hotel in Swafiah has a nice pool, you can pay a fee to swim there. I miss Jordan! Shawrmas are good.

Access to the embassy is severely restricted. You would do better to look for public sport clubs in Amman. Check out King Hussein Sports City, located at Sports City circle.

You could look at a few of the central hotels aswell, as some have heated swimming pools outside and inside. You’l find a few if you google swimming clubs in Amman. But if you want sports aswell, I think a social club might be better.
