How do i bring the love of my life to the US from Jordan?

okay , so the love of my life lives in Amman Jordan. He wants to come to the united states for work, but we are not sure how to obtain a visa. hes has attended 4 different colleges and has plenty to contribute to our society. i cant ask anyone on the immigration website without paying $100, anyone have any advise or know about the process?

Since you say he is the love of your life you could apply for a K-1 fiance visa and get married. I applied for one for my husband and after a year or so he moved here and then we had to get married within 3 months and stay married for at least 2 years. I had to show that I could financially support him. (I had a full time job). I did have to pay money to file for application fees but I did not have to use a lawyer or anything and I filed everything on my own. It is something to look into.

After he moved here and we were marrie then we applied for his work visa and now he has been a permanent resident for the past 8 years.
