My airline at Mumbai told me that they do not have through baggage with my connecting airline at Bahrain. So I need to collect my baggage and then check in to my connecting flight which is 3 hours later. Will I need a transit visa for this? Please give me some tips.

No, you will not need any transit Visa, as long as you do not leave the
Transit Area. Three hours is a very short time though…

check with your airline, but i dont believe you will need a transit visa.

You would need a visa as the baggage comes out after the immigration. If your airline gives you the baggage before the immigration then you dont need any transit visa. So do chk with your airline regarding how and where you will get the baggage.
